This beautiful hand-made wooden wall niche or "nicho" is made of alder wood with a natural finish. 
 
It can accommodate up to a 12” statue with room for candles on either side. It is 13.5” wide and 19” tall including the shelf and apron. The inside area of the frame is 9” wide by 13" tall.  The shelf  is 4.375” in deep by 15.25” wide and has a gentle curve from the middle to the ends. The back is finished and has a keyhole slot at the top to allow hanging from a screw or other fixture.
 
This model is designed to be surface mounted on a wall. Hanging hardware and instructions are included. More finish options will be coming soon. A recessed model is available which can be set into a 2x4 or 2x6 wall. Custom orders also accepted.
