This beautiful Rosary was made to honor Our Lady, Star of the Sea, patroness of my shop.  This title is given her by several Saints, including Saint Bernard, who encourages us to “Look to the Star, call upon Mary!”  Just as mariners of old would use the stars to navigate during their voyages and guide them safely to port, so we can fix our eyes upon Our Lady to be sure she will guide us to our Heavenly Homeland.
 
This Rosary features faceted 6 mm Aquamarine stone beads for the Aves and beautiful 8 mm Freshwater Pearl Pater beads.  The star-studded crucifix and Stella Maris centerpiece are both high quality pure bronze.  The centerpiece features Our Lady, Star of the Sea with the invocation for “Pray for us,” in Latin on the front and the quote of Saint Bernard in Latin, an anchor (symbol of hope) and a star on the verso.  The findings and chain are also bronze.
 
Each Rosary is carefully handmade and the recipient is prayed for during the creation process.
