St. George is a long revered military patron and one of the Fourteen Holy Helpers, or Auxiliaries.  He is often invoked for strength and protection in spiritual warefare due to the story of him battling the dragon.

This beautiful, masculine medal is a French vintage reproduction. The front features a beautiful detail of St. George slaying the dragon and the back has  an image of a ship.  It measures just under 7/8" and hangs on a 24” bronze chain.
