This beautiful medal comes directly from Lourdes, France.
 
The front shows a beautiful cameo of the Blessed Virgin.  The verso has a scene of the Grotto of Massabielle during one of the apparitions of Our Lady to St. Bernadette.
 
The medal is ⅞” tall by ⅝“ wide oval-shaped.
